These terms apply to work carried out by The Trustee for DA Investment Trust (ABN 38 828 268 833), trading as Revo Electrical Solutions, of 10 Boyle Street, Echuca VIC 3564 (referred to in these terms as “Revo Electrical Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and to your use of this website.
The scope of any job is defined by the written quote we provide and you accept. Any variation to that scope — additional work, a change of materials, or a change in access — is agreed between us before it proceeds.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the site and to the equipment or system involved in the job. Where work is to be carried out on a live production line or in an operating commercial environment, the timing and conditions of that work are planned and agreed with you in advance.
Electrical work is carried out in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 (the Wiring Rules) and other applicable Australian standards and regulations.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss arising from the services we provide is limited in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.
