Daniel Cemino brings 12 years of experience across manufacturing, food processing, agricultural and live production environments to fault finding — working out why a fault is actually happening, and understanding how the system is supposed to operate, rather than replacing components until the symptom goes away. Faults that come and go — a machine that trips occasionally, a signal that drops out under load, a fault that won't reproduce on demand — are worked through by testing under the conditions that trigger them and tracing the circuit or logic involved, rather than a single visual check.
Faults inside the control system itself — the PLC logic, HMI displays, drives or the wiring connecting them — are traced back through the system to understand what's actually happening, rather than assumed from the symptom alone.
Where a site can't fully stop, diagnostic work is planned around what can be safely isolated, so testing can proceed while the rest of the line keeps running.
